Staying on Mission Over the Long Haul

We called this band, Common Bond. We weren't that good. We did have a lot of fun and friendship. Maybe this band wasn't really about making music.

Let me explain.

I was 18 years old at the time of this picture, but I was friends with four of these guys since I was 15 years old—just shortly after I got saved. Each of these older friends spent countless hours shaping me, encouraging me, teaching me, correcting me, challenging me, and, yes, discipling me—all through friendship.

Because of Jesus and friends, I have been blessed with true stories of...

This is the way of Jesus.

Jesus had a band of guys.

And they were full of "Sloppy Agape."

They are still changing the world today.
