For the last year, I've been winking at her and saying stuff like, "You're gonna be the BIG 4-0 this year. You're getting old woman." And how does she respond? She smiles back at me in appreciation. No joke. She actually wants to look older. (One would think that her marriage to me and our six kids ages 8-18 would be enough stress to create gray hair and wrinkles... but to no avail... so far. Maybe when she gets to be 41?)
If you'd like to wish Stacy a happy 40th birthday and make her day by telling her how old she is looking, then all you have to do is GO HERE.
I invite you to join Sir Paul McCartney (who is old enough to be Stacy's dad) in the video below in celebrating the 40th birthday of the woman I love most on planet earth.
May God bless you on this amazing achievement. Amazing because you've lived with Bill for at least half that time. God has created you into His amazing image. We are so blessed that God has allowed us to be friends. May God bless all the years that he has ordained for you.
Happy 40th Birthday Stacey! nancy and I have both been through this already and we are having the time of our lives in the 40's!! Looking forward to having your family at Districts!!!

WOW, Happy Birthday young lady, I mean older lady, no lady, no just woman of God. You don't look a day over, no let's just say you are 40 today. Now that you have reached the pentacle of your life, no let's just say a mile stone, no maybe that is to hard of a word. Let's say another level, not that you have not reached a level yet, looking so young. Ok, let me just say "Happy Birthday" and let's pretend I don't know your age because woman don't share there age. Thanks for sharing life with us. Tracy and Mary Jo Hipps
There’s a lot of talk about disciplemaking these days. But what does disciplemaking really look like for you in your everyday, real life? That's what we'll explore together. Bring your Bible, some friends, and your sense of humor. What? With a focus on Jesus, we'll explore how to be a disciple—who makes disciples—who make more disciples. Session 1 Be a Disciple (D1) Everything in life will try to pull you off the simplicity of following Jesus together with others. Session 2 Who Makes Disciples (D2) Following Jesus isn’t a subject to be mastered, but an infectious way of life that is lived together and shared with others. Session 3 Who Make More Disciples (D3) If those we disciple don’t make more disciples, then we haven’t made disciples like Jesus. When? 8 AM to 12:30 PM (light lunch included) Where? * Saturday morning, January 28th, 2023, at CrossPoint Church, Morton, IL * Saturday morning, February 4th, Harvest Time Bible Church, Rock Falls, IL * S

We did this interactive disciplemaking training experience at Lifest. Hanging out with the legendary Bob Lenz at Lifest. When your longtime friends from NE spend the night at the Allison Hotel. Preaching in the morning services at The Encounter in East Peoria, IL—with Pastor Tracey Pfeiffer. Join us for this training experience ! Some of our disciplemaking friends, their families, and some of our neighbors gathered for TIME TOGETHER for brats, root beer floats, and disciplemaking friendships . Pastor Dan Johnston of CrossPoint Church preaches through The Disciplemaking Genius of Jesus on Sunday mornings. You're invited to join us for disciplemaking training on Saturday morning, September 17 in Morton, IL, or on Saturday morning, October 1 in Gifford, IL. Contact me and I'll let you know details. (Click image to enlarge for reading.) Why we love small-town pastors and churches . Below: A few years ago at RHMA's Small-Town Pastor's Conference... I had so much fun bringing a Word of encouragement to about 500 pastors, wives and ministry leaders from over 30 different states at RHMA's Small Town Pastors' Conference. I contend there is no such thing as "small" church . Why do we love small town pastors and churches? Disciplemaking like Jesus requires robust relationships—i.e., disciplemaking friendships—and the small town church is poised to lead the way in this movement . Instead of only counting attendance this week at church, try counting disciplemakers .
